I am a California family law attorney, devoting my practice exclusively to family law and specializing in no-court divorce solutions.

As a family law attorney, my primary concern is for the well-being of the family. I believe divorce is a problem to be solved, not a battle to be won, and therefore I focus my law practice on alternatives to the court system, including mediation and collaborative law. Most families, especially those with children, are best served by these alternatives, which provide support in a manner that enables both spouses to work together to resolve their family matters.

I offer a client-centered and client-driven approach for divorcing couples. In my experience, spouses find healing and hope by creating their own solutions to their divorce, through the process of sitting around a table and talking directly with each other. Mediation and collaborative law are both alternatives that let you get through your divorce without going to court. I have been practicing law since 1994. I am trained in mediation and collaborative law techniques, and limit my practice to these no-court family law solutions.
